Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge

This refuge has sea turtle nesting areas and endangered species like the scrub jay and gopher tortoise. Dogs on leash are allowed at the beach. The leash law is enforced and people need to clean up after their pets.

Jupiter Beach

The beach is about 2 miles long. Please follow the dog rules on the beach so that dogs will continue to be allowed here. Dogs must be leashed on the beach. Please clean up after your dog as well.

Rickenbacker Causeway Beach

Extending the length of the Rickenbacker Causeway from Downtown Miami to Key Biscayne. Dogs are allowed on the entire stretch. There are two types of beach, a Tree lined Dirt beach and a standard type of sandy beach further towards Key Biscayne. Dogs should be leashed on the beach.
